Customers of GAP’s newest depot; Leicester got a treat on Monday morning when representatives from Soudal brought a replica Pro-racing bike and simulator and lots of giveaways to the Ealing Road depot. The aim of the game was to find Leicester’s answer to Bradley Wiggins – and whilst we thank everyone who got involved, we think Bradley is safe for now!
Throughout Monday morning customers were given the opportunity to take to the bike and record the fastest time possible racing the professional bike around an on screen velodrome, allowing them to feel a part of the Soudal Cycling team for a short time.
Along with the cycling simulator Soudal who supply GAP with their well-known range of silicones and sealants, were also there to demonstrate their range of latest products including Silirub 2, Stay Fresh and Fix All.
Soudal cycling weren’t the only team in the city - Leicester City had a fantastic aura as thousands flocked to Jubilee Square to welcome their footballing heroes on an open top bus tour celebrating their momentous victory by clinching the Premier League title 2015/16.
